Return & Exchange Policy

 

Please note: All "MYL" items are made-to-order. This means your product is created specifically for you after the purchase is made. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, if the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help you exchange it for a different size, if possible. Just reach out to us at support@madewithmyl.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 


Damages or Wrong Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@madewithmyl.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exceptions / Sale Items

 

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

  • Please double-check your size and measurements before ordering. If you have any doubts, reach out—we’re here to help before you place an order.

 



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

Under EU law, customers may normally have the right to return items within 14 days. However, this does not apply to made-to-order products. As our items are custom-made after purchase, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
